                        Method
This popular cocktail (the French 75) was developed in the 1920’s. We love this classic when replacing the Champagne with Sussex Sparkling Wine. Also, swapping the lemon for orange delivers an unusual twist.
1.
                    Shake the Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup hard with ice
                2.
                    Strain into flute or Collins glass
                3.
                    Slowly add 60ml of Sussex Sparkling Wine
                4.
                    Garnish with strip of lemon or orange peel
