Sparkling wine

2 or 3
Sloe berries
Method
You may have noticed by now how much we love all our gins with a bit of fizz! Each of our Gins bring something special and different to a drop of fizz so why not try them all for yourselves?
1.
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a champagne flute
2.
Top up slowly with Sussex Sparkling Wine
3.
Garnish with two or three Sloe Berries
