Sloe Royale
Ingredients
Garnish

Rosemary
Method
A bit more oomph than our Sussex 75 (if that’s possible).
1.
Half fill a champagne saucer with crushed ice
2.
Pour over the Sparkling Wine
3.
Lightly bruise the Rosemary and add to the glass
4.
Slowly add the Sloe gin and Cherry Brandy so they sink to the bottom of the Glass
