Rhubarb & Rose Gin Fizz
Ingredients

ml
Jarrold's London Dry Gin
2
Drops
Rose water
15
ml
Lemon Juice
15
ml
Lime Juice
30
ml
Double cream
1
Egg white
Top Up
Soda water
Garnish
1
Sprig
Mint
2
Hibiscus flowers

Method
For those of you old enough to remember Pina Coladas, here's a modern gin alternative...creamy with hints of rose instead of coconut. We normally only stick with a few ingredients in our cocktails, but this is well worth the additional effort
1.
Pour all the ingredients, apart from the soda water, into an empty cocktail shaker
2.
Shake well for 15 seconds or so
3.
Add a handful of ice and shake again
4.
Strain into a long glass and top up with soda water
5.
Garnish with a sprig of Mint and a couple of Hibiscus flowers
